Placing an order
One of the easiest ways to place an order is to use the "Shop Online" facility found on all the item pages. Your basket will allow you to edit the quantities you wish to purchase as well as delete any items that you wish to remove from your basket.

Delivery
Certain goods are dispatched using a signed for courier service. After two failed delivery attempts by the courier company, goods will be returned to us and additional delivery charges will become payable by you. To avoid failed delivery attempts please discuss your delivery arrangements with us at time of ordering.
VAT
Life-U Limited is not currently VAT registered in the UK.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is of importance to Life-U Limited. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will replace it or offer you a full refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are returned to us safely and in the original state within 7 working days. To return an item, simply send us an email at info@life-udesign.com to request an RPA (Return Purchase Authorisation) number which must be included in the package you are sending back. You will need to pay for the postage to return the item to Life-U Limited.
Additional Information
Please appreciate that items are handcrafted and not mass-produced; therefore, they may reflect natural imperfections (which is an inherent characteristic of handcrafted items) and makes them all the more unique. Life-U Limited aims to deliver products that are similar to the ones shown.

Returns
We will provide a full credit or replacement for unused and unmarked goods that are not to specification. You also have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery and within 7 days after the day of receiving your goods. In the event of you cancelling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (unopened and unused). After seven working days the sale is considered closed and we will not make a refund. ‘Made to measure' returns are accepted on the basis of manufacturing defects only. Returns are by prior agreement with our sales office. When returning goods we recommend the use of a ‘signed for' carriage service. Items lost in transit back to us is your responsibility. Refunds are only provided when goods are received by us in their original condition and packaging. To request a refund please notify us immediately by e-mailing: info@life-udesign.com.
Shortages / damages
Complaints regarding shortages in consignments and damage to goods must be notified in writing (post, e-mail) within 1 days from receipt of goods, otherwise we cannot accept responsibility.
